In a rush this morning because I had to go run some errands and still need to make my lunch. Was very hungry yesterday (probably not eating enough calories) so I bumped things up this morning to try and add some calories today. Still eating clean, just more food.

I’m going to try the early morning wake ups. That equates to getting to bed by 8pm which will be a huge switch for me, but I do like getting my day started in the wee hours of the morning.
Getting to bed early is very important. I’ve found it to be a challenge as real life tends to get in the way. I’ve had to move a lot of activities with friends, etc to the weekends to avoid being out late and then only getting a few hours sleep. Another side effect is how it changes your meal times. I’m going to write a post about how my meals are evolving with the 3:00 AM wake-up sometime in the next couple days.
